Abdominal pain in Four Months (Belly pain)

I've been struggling the past 4 months stomach pain (always belly and upper abdomen ) and really wondering what this could be. 

I had checked with ct scan endoscopy,ultrasound,blood and urin test everything is normal.I always gas problem and acidity.I've been depressed what should I do? Pian is still and continues. So please suggest..

    Hi, have you had a colonoscopy?, if you have and it is all normal, nothing found anywhere you probably have IBS, check out the FODMAP DIET online, it gives foods likely to cause problems, Peppermint enteric coat capsules are used for IBS, they're anti-spasmodic, people take probiotics multi strain one's are probably best.

    I assume you've been fully tested for H pylori [gastritis/ulcer bacteria] and that's negative?  Are you having any diarrhea/constipation, fatigue, joint/muscle pain, respiratory, or other physical symptoms beside the abdominal pain?

      Some gastric problem show in Endoscopy. Some time i have joint and muscle pain especially back and legs pain.
