Abdominal pain in the bum Hole and Anxiety

Hello every one my name is Haseeb I am so sorry if I disturbed any one of you.

Thing is For the past couple years I have had bum sharp pain when passing gass or something and it really is pain full I been to doctor and they said just because of gass that pain happens. Last night in the middle of the night pain go worse woke me up and I had to sit and walk try to control it but at the same time I had Thoughts running in my minde and my body started to heat up so bad my heart beat starting beating faster I had this pain and I had anxiety and t really sucked that the pain went away as usual but the anxiety and its symptoms lasted till morning leaving me sleep less and I went to work and college without a sleep because of anxiety I felt like throwing up when I felt extreme 😩.

If there any one out there have had a pain like mine I need to know if it's really dangerous it's freaking me out it makes me think it's gonna kill me please let me know if you had that pain and tell me if it's dangerous and I apologize again if this discussion disturbed you it's just these thoughts are making my anxiety worse and worse I finally had a little control over it now it's going back to its bad situationsad

    how old are you?  likewise, i get the sharp pains exactly as you describe.  if it puts your mind at ease...get a colonoscopy done.  i did and nothing came back except some internal hemorrhoids then again i run 3 days a week so not uncommon.

      If it's exactly as yours then I guess I don't have something serious I will be going to the doctors again to ask for CTA scan or something to find out what's the cause but till then I could say it's not going to kill me

      i mean are you having regular bowels movements daily and urinating normally...if not and the pain is random then likely gastro issues common with anxiety.  i mean does it hurt during bowel movements...when urinating etc...?

      Nope no pain while uranium only when gas and some little pain while stool
