Abdominal pain on right upper n middle bleeding for two yrs now tired all the time my last gastroent

Very bad abdominal pain to the touch and I bleed all the time when I go to the bathroom and that work just comes out I can only wear black pants so it gastroenterologist they told me nothing was wrong but it could have been a C Moore he said but he wasn't sure you sent me to someone else who and passed me to someone else so what is the problem here where would I go to try to find out what's wrong with me very tired all the time losing weight no energy
