First of all don't panic.
Panic and Anxiety try to ruin life's moments and even daily life by being a Big Pain.
From what you are saying, you seem to be pretty stressed out and this would be one of the reasons you would have brown blood coming during your period.
Sometimesold blood from previous period may take time to come out.
Dont Worry.
You have done a Scopy and smear, so if it's checked out, that should be great news.
Do you also have more than usual hair growth, Pimples and acne more than usual?
It would help to meet a Gynaecologist to rule out some of these things, let the Gynaec Doctor give you a complete check to rule out anything. Since they are the Professionals in this matter.
Also... Take few Breathers...
As a women in the reproductive category, you go through enough stress as it is, You don't want to make yourself more miserable. Take a 2 Deep breaths every hour. Breathe into your abdomen, not your chest.... and take a 5 minute Deep breathing session every 3-4 hours. You need to reduce the speed of breathing, and be in control of it, 5 seconds to breathe in pause for 2 seconds 5 seconds to breathe out, pause 2 seconds, Not forced, not un natural, just you breathing, in a relaxed atmosphere.
