You should always ask for an explanation of your results as they can mean many things and not knowing or guessing causes worry.

The causes of poor R wave progression or PRWP are as follows:

    1. Old anterior myocardial infarction

    2. Lead misplacement (frequently in obese women)

    3. Left bundle branch block or left anterior fascicular block

    4. Left ventricular hypertrophy

    5. WPW syndrome

    6. Dextrocardia

    7. Tension  pneumothorax with mediastinal shift

    8. Congenital heart disease

Yes I am at moment still taking epilepsy medication and waiting for an Echo test but this new neuroligist still says I have been wrongly diagnosed and because I don't shake when I pass out its not epililsy dispite seeing numerous specialists before her. I have no faith in her and don't know what to do anymore
