Hello, am 29 and female.. I don’t drink or smoke and am a healthy weight. I have a few neurological health conditions such as migraines and epilepsy and other possible things which haven’t been diagnosed.. Anyways the past few months I have been suffering with chest pain that goes into my back, arm and shoulder also around the side of my upper rib area. I can get out of breath and feel dizzy and nauseous.. It was really bad one time I went to the emergency room and they done a ECG and about 4 more through the night as they kept me in overnight because of the ECG to get an echo the next day. The Echo was fine but my ECG has ‘ongoing ongoing TWI V1-2 and T waves V3’ The Doctor said that it will be fine and discharged me and didn’t give an explanation or anything. The issue is am still experiencing these symptoms and they are really distressing.. Should I book in to see a cardiologist? Or is this just anxiety or something else that’s not an actual problem with the heart that can cause these ECG results? Thanks in advance! image
