Abnormal period, constant pelvic and lower back pain - uterine cancer?

I've been noticing changes in my period over the past 2 years but over the last few months they've got worse. I've never had any kids and I'm definitely not pregnant.

My period used to last 7 days, now it's usually 8-9 days and it's a lot heavier now. They're still pretty regular and I haven't skipped one. I also experience period-like pains all the time and now the pain has spread to my lower back and legs. This is what period pain is usually like for me but it's happening constantly.

I saw a doctor about this last year and got an ultrasound. The ultrasound showed that my endometrium was too thick but nothing more was done about it. I asked about my abdominal pain and my GP insisted it was IBS. I don't want to sound argumentative but I've had digestive problems almost all my life so I know the difference between gut and period pain and it's definitely the latter.

I also recently noticed a small lump in my right breast. It's small and I can move it under the skin but I'm worried about that too.

I'm 5'4" and 86 lbs, so I'm worried that being so thin has done something to my hormones. I'm afraid that it might be womb cancer and I just keep getting brushed off because I'm 'too young’ to have that. I've heard that back pain is a symptom of advanced womb cancer.

I'm afraid that it is cancer and I'm just being fobbed off and treated like a hypochondriac, and by the time someone does find it, it'll be too late.

the lump sounds like a cyst or gland your periods could have changed for a few reasons eg hormonal imbalance ..even the lining being thicker could cause a heavier longer flow if was cancer utrasound would have picked up on it u should have your hormone levels checked or mabe going on the pill may help with the pain also if u have been sexually active in the past it may help to have some swabs done as certain stds can cause the symptoms u are describing chlamydia is one of them even if u havnt had sex recently some dont always show symptoms straight away

Saw my GP yesterday and he's adamant that it's 'just hormones'. But I can't go on the pill because I get migraines so he's just given me mefenamic acid to take during periods. But I'm in pain all the time so I don't see what difference it will make. Anyway nothing more will be done about it so I guess if it is serious there's nothing I can do.

And I'm still a virgin so it's definitely not an STD.

Would an ultrasound have picked it up? The nurse who did the ultrasound mentioned at the time that my uterine lining looked too thick for where I was in my cycle, but when I asked about it yesterday, my GP said it 'wasn't significant'.

I'm just panicking because I've heard of young women with cancer being ignored because their doctor says they're too young for cancer.
