I've noticed this in the past but never really bothered me until recently. It's long enough to hang in the back of my throat and actually touch my throat. I feel like I'm swallowing food but I'm not. It is very annoying and I am wondering what it is and what the easiest way to remove it is. Any help is appreciated! Thanks! (Please check the photo for reference)
