Hi, i'm 34 and i'm not new to the forum but i write here for the first time...So this is the story...I had anxiety and depression problems 2,5 years ago due to covid and some other problems and stress. So then I started citalopram 20 mg for about 4 weeks then gp uped me at 30 mg. First two weeks were horrible absolute misery. It was a nightmare...after maybe week 4 or 5 and after upping on 30 mg pills kiked in and let me tell you it was the best thing i have ever felt in my life. Since than i'm doing pretty fine. to be honest at the beginning i was so great that it happens to forget take a pill or take the pills in different hours...Soo because of my stupidness i relapsed after 6 months. After taking the pills on time and not missing it i could cope with the relapse and was back normal again after a couple of weeks. Since then 2 years almost no problem. some little blip here and there for a week or two. At the moment due to stress factors i'm low again and maybe im searching for reassurance is this another blip as i have sleep and eat problems.

So... generally i'll be grateful to know a little more about blips. Do you have them after 2-3 or more years of use, how they pass, for how long they pass etc.

Thanks so much.

Hope you're doing well ☺️
