About to start Alpha Stim

Hi all, I am due to receive my Alpha Stim early next week and would just like some positive stories of this helping with people's Anxiety/Depression? Everything I have read/heard about it so far is very positive!

      Hi Tanya, I definitley will. I spoke with someone on the phone last night from the company and he said I need to give it 4 months to fully see the effects but I should start seeing slight improvements from what I have read online within weeks. Slightly at the end of my tether now with Anxiety/low mood so I will give anything a try! The company representitive also said the NHS are considering using it as a treatment option so that's also encouraging

    If it works for you then great. After seeing the price of the thing, I can hear alarm bells. If it does what it claims to do, why are drs prescribing sleeping pills and antidepressants when a simple gadget does the job instead, thus saving the NHS millions of pounds

    Cannot find any research studies where it has been used in anxiety. Some trials done for fibromyalgia and tinnitus. You can research it yourself on Google Scholar.
