Abrupt Pain in Lower Leg (Shin Area)

Posted , 2 users are following.

I've been having this randomly occur for some time now; not sure if it's shin splint, charley horse cramp or something else. The quickest way I can describe the pain is:

- Abrupt/sharp pain in front of lower leg (shin area)

- Tends to happen after workouts (few hours after)

- Each burst of pain last at most 30 seconds

- Can occur multiple times a day

- Happens more often while sitting then standing

Note I have flat feet and usually wear Nike's with more than average arch support. Any comments or feedback would be greatly appreciated!

    I should add:

    - Never had issues with this pain while sleeping

Also, attached is an image that does a fair job of visualizing the area of the pain.

It is seen that you have got deep cramp on you leg. You need to consult with some specialist to get relief from pain and today most of the people are suffering from lower leg feet pain problems.
