Absolutely Massive Blood Clot, Should I be Worried?

Hi,

I'm an 18 year old woman with no sexual history and until recently, mostly regular periods. Three weeks ago I received a Nexplanon, which I suspect may be the cause of the issues I'm having now, but I'm checking here anyway just to make sure it's nothing to be worried about. This is a bit icky, I'll warn you.

Earlier today I passed an absolutely gigantic menstrual blood clot, about 3 inches long and an inch in diameter. The really strange part was that it wasn't the usual deep red of my normal blood clots, but a fleshy pinky-grey. It looked exactly like flesh.

My best guess would be a bit of undissolved womb lining? I honestly wouldn't know but there's nothing else I can think of. Apologies again for the TMI, but I want to put my mind at ease that there's nothing more to worry about.
