Absolutely terrifies I have ovarian cancer

I've been getting recurring UTIs and had kidney stones back in march. Since then I have been gradually getting worse and I've suffered lower back pain (which I thought was my kidneys), constipation, bloating, bleeding between periods, urge to pee constantly, etc etc.
This has not been going on for weeks. I went to the doc and they are testing my stools, urine and ovaries etc.
I am terrified. When I look up my symtoms, I have every symptom of ovarian cancer. I am absolutely terrified. I hit a major panic attack when I read it and still shaking like a leaf in absolute fear.
I know I need to wait for the results before assuming anything but I literally have every single symptom. I need help. It's ruining me. All this waiting.
Has anyone else has ALL of the symptoms of ovarian cancer and it's turned out not to be?

Jac, i'm sorry you are feeling so scared. The problem with looking up symptoms is that you can take all of those symptoms you have and there would be hundreds of other things that can cause them. The urge to P and low back pain can be related to the UTIs and kidney stones your had. Constipation is one of the most common things that people get. Constipation can be caused by stress because I've had that and so I have many other people. It can also because by a diet low in fiber in many other things. constipation causes bloating. I was constipated for over three weeks and very bloated due to intense stress. There are other things besides cancer that can cause bleeding between periods. My friend has a very small polyp which is not cancerous and not harmful but those can cause bleeding between periods. What I'm trying to tell you is there are so many other things that cause symptoms and you are focusing on the worst-case scenario. This is why I tell people not to google symptoms. All of your symptoms are most likely not due to one reason. They can be completely separate with separate reasons. Try to relax and do some deep breathing but I think you're going to be just fine. 😁🌸🌸🌸

Thanks Jan,
I really appreciate your reassurance of the possibility of it being a culmination of things and not one, big sinister killer disease. I have the symptoms down to a T and I have to go in for gynaecology exam but it's not until November. My health anxiety can't take that! I was diagnosed with a heart murmur yesterday. A whole new set of problems to worry about now. Just what I need.

Keep in mind that hurt murmurs are extremely common. They very rarely causes any problems. Until November, work on relaxing yourself. Listen to mindful meditation for relaxation by Glenn on YouTube. Anything that relaxes you would be great. You know how fast these months ago so your appointment will be here in no time! Everything is going to work out OK! 😉🌹

Thanks Jan. I appreciate that. I'm going to try to stay as calm and stress free as possible. Hopefully when I get tested again, it's not serious.
