Absolutely triggering OCD ITS SCARY!!!!

Soo Ive suffered with intrusive thoughts for years but sometimes they're plain horrendous

Pedophilia ocd is disgusting me, I literally dont get where it comes from because it makes no sense and I never thought of kids at all, jesus christ.... It makes me so disturbed and distressed I just feel like a wreck! I know Im not these things but the thoughts haunt me!!! (This all began because I found a guy attractive and a girl too that were 14 years old but Im 16 and my brain said i was gonna like younger people!!!) I feel so sick , because Im clearly not a pedo and these thoughts make me just want to cry. Wow..

(And for the record I only dated/ kissed people who were older than me, because I usually prefer older people, but just because of the 14 year old thing my ocd went insane!! And because when I was like 9 I saw a baby child naked and found it funny but my ocd got triggered who knows why!!)

    We think of some weird and wonderful things when we are children or in our teens, it is all to do with learning how to act as we get older. Many seem to have a crush on a older partner, even a movie star etc. We would worry about these feelings and sometimes we would get get het up if parents find out.

    First of all 14 years old is not a pedi file that's just 2 years younger than you.. so don't think too hard about it my love.. now if u were interested in babies or toddlers then yes that's a pedi file my husband is two years older than me and my sister is dating a guy who is 16 and she's 18 .. you will be fine just try not to get too overwhelmed thinking about it

    Please don’t worry we all at what ever age can see that some people are blessed with being pretty or attractive . You are only 16 your self try to not over think .(14 year olds especially girls look 18 ) I really really don’t think you have anything to worry about do seek help though not cos I think your a peodofile but because you seem very anxious and stressed .wishing you all the very best

      Thanks for the reply and thats so true smile the girl i did find attractive looked a ot older so that makes sense and the boy I guess I just find guys prettier without beard and stuff

      Anyways yes ill go to a psychologist soon due to my debilitating anxiety!
