I accidentally took 2 500mg Cephalexin at the same time. I wasn't paying attention when I took it, but when I looked at the bottle again, I was supposed to take one in the morning and one in the evening. What should I do? Will I be okay? I heard it increases side effects, but will it harm me?

Do not worry, one time over dosing does not cause dramatic effects. Just make sure to go back to normal dosages the next day.
