Today I accidentally took my pills twice (once at 10 PM and then again at 6 AM). Has anyone ever asked their doctor about this? Each time I took .625 Premarin and 2.5 Medroxyprogesterone.

The leaflet accompany each medicine will give you the best advice on potential problems and what should be done. If you take them at the same time each day you should avoid this type of problem happening again, but my opinion (for what it's worth) is that taking two doses of your HRT eight hours apart should be ok. Just get back into your normal routine as quickly as possible.
