Accidentaly cut a mole

Hello!

when i cut my nails on the foot,there is some dead skin on the edge of the toe.Usually i cut the top layer with nail scissors.But the last time i noticed a small spot on the skin which i thought was dirt,so again i cut the top layer.Then i noticed it was a mole.It is very small<1mm

Here you can see the pic.The dots are from the small amount of bleeding/bruising i think.Is it dangerous that i cut the mole?Is it best if i get it removed?

    It should be absolutely fine and will heal without any issues IMO.
