Accutane

Hello everyone, if anyone was ever on accutane, how long did you take it after you were clear? I was prescribed accutane at the start of the quarantine, and I take 60mg and I still got 2 months left of it. The thing is, I've been clear of acne for at least like 4 months now. And my doctor doesn't take appointments because of covid, shes gonna call me for a checkup when im done with the treatment. Is it bad for me to put my body through accutane for 2 more months? It's like taking it for 6 months for no reason at all.
