i have read about t the acessa prodecure and want to know if any one in the uk or closer does it ... please help

I'm not sure if they do it in the UK. But I've heard from several women it doesn't work for large fibroids. I considered it as I'm int the US but I have a large fibroid and the doctor here only takes one insurance or expects you to pay 10K upfront, no payment plans. I did hear of someone almost doing it in Canada. So think maybe a few docs do it there.
