Acetaminophen (Paracetamol) skin conditions

After I broke my ankle I took acetaminophen .I looked up the side effects . I think it caused my cellulitis and vasculitis.

Unless you have an allergy or sensitivity to paracetamol or have taken an overdose the side effects are next to none. I couldn't find any papers to link paracetamol with cellulitis.
