I've had this ache in my lower right side that's come and go allday and it kinda feels like it radiates into my lower right back.
could this be IBS??
I'm just abit panicky about it now.
any advice is appreciated xx

It's more like trapped gas. Try anti-gas tablets. IBS would give you diarrhea.

IBS can give you constipation or diarrhoea or both. It is not always one to the exclusion of the other; it can alternate. I started with IBS C, but then started getting a mixture of the two. (IBS A).

Have you been diagnosed with IBS? Does the pain move about and do you get bowel habit change?

pain doesn't really move about just feelnit in lower right that some times feel it raidiate to lower right back .

I've not been diagnosed with ibs but persume I have it, some times I get constipation ect, and alot of foods dont agree with me and suffer with stomach issues , been to the docs countless times but no diagnosis yet 😦 I only had that weird annoying ache today, doesn't feel like trapped gas though.

Keep going back to your doctor for diagnosis. Your symptoms sound like IBS, but you will need a confirmed medical diagnosis.
