Does anyone ever feel neck pain with their anxiety?

I do. What does your pain feel like? Ive been worried that it wasnt due to anxiety because it seems to not be a common symptom.

Yes i do when it’s bad my neck tenses up badly and hurts my bf or daughter had to give me a massage !

Hi Chandra
Neck pain IS a symptom of anxiety. I am not saying that your neck pain is anxiety related.
For peace of mind see your doctor , that's the only way you'll stop worrying about it.

All the time. I get little aches and pans everywhere and it scares the crap out of me.
