Hi Karen, I’ve had that before.  Sometimes it would be in my armpits too. Or worse on 1 side.   I thought I had had a lymph node problem, but its not.  I assume it’s hormone fluctuations.  Never ends 😊

    Hi Karen

The boob ache definitely! I'm on bhrt and had it for the first few months, it seems much better now though. Just one of the many joys of the journey I think.... Unless you've got a cough or something and you should check it out smile xx

I can’t even believe I’m seeing this! I started having this a week or so ago and it is completely freaking me out!! Been on ibuprofen for days, it’s the only thing that helps! The chest and ribs aching and being tight feeling and the armpit and sometimes boob pain...my monthly is late and I’m attributing these obnoxious symptoms to that..hormonal issues..i am on my first vacation in 2 years and this is making me absolutely miserable and panicky!!! I’m glad I’m not alone..all i can say is walking, relaxing  and Advil has helped a bit. If anyone has any other things work, I’m happy to hear it! And when will it go away??? 😔

I've had both those pains at the same time and separately. Today it's my boobs aching.

Me too, the more I eat ,they start to feel fuller, on starflower, flaxseed, multi powder, pumpkins seeds, sunflower seeds, b vit, it is definitely hormone related, I am 58,
