Aches and pains in muscles and joints

Hi all you lovely ladies, here I am again 2nd time in 3 weeks lol. Hope I’m not alone on this but I have aches and pains especially in my right shoulder and neck and goes so far across front of cheats. Feels like my muscles and shoulder joint. Had all clear from Drs and was given excercises to do, anyone else the same xx

    I get this also. Seem to have more muscle pain with perimenopause. Never had it this bad before, so can relate to you.

    Do you use anything to ease pain?

    Magnesium flakes are brilliant for muscles and aches and pains.

      Hi Dora I take magnesium supplements on a night and just use gels xx

    Yes I get this too had it for a year or so on and off I didn't realise at the time it was related to peri, I get it worse in my left shoulder, also restless leg and muscles aches in my legs like I've just run a marathon x

    Hi, yes I get this as well. My Chiro said this is very common in menopause. I take lots of supplements and have added CBD oil to my regime every day and the pain especially in my joints has gone away. It has been great with helping my anxiety as well.

    Yes this pain nearly sent me to the hospital last week I was convinced I was having a heart attack. I become that sore I felt I was loosing my breath but looking back on it, it was probably anxiety that was making me loose my breath . The aches and pains have eased now but it was unbearable whilst it lasted .

    Hi Karen yes have just the same it’s also my right side and goes up the back of my head, I had this before and it went away but now it’s back again, I just feel like crying, I’m turning into a horrible grouch because I just ache all over!! x

    Yes horrible symptom of Meno .. I had this on & off thru meno didn't realise @ the time what it was now I know ... it does go after meno ...
