Achilles bone spur surgery

Hi guys.I'm straggling with Achilles bone spurs on both feet and actually right now i'm 10 weeks post-op from achilles debridement, bone spur removal and gastrocnemius recession surgery with no relief since doctor cut off haglund's deformity which was not a problem and left the retrocalcanean spur almost as it was (he removed only the very edge from the spur). Now the pain is worst actually than before surgery and the doctor says that he did right and the remain bone witch is visible in the x rays its not the problem .The problem is that it was very hard to find an orthopedic surgeon to agree that this was the cause of the sumptoms because my spur wasn't big enough to cause any issues and as many said ,i had it a long time ago before the symptoms began so there is no reason starts bothering me .I have a regional inflammation in the insertional area of the Achilles tendon in the calcaneus and chronic achilles tendonitis due to the inflammation. My symptoms started a year ago as a mild pain on the left foot and within few days the pain was excruciating. All MRI was clear except from one where there was some fluid behind the insertion of the achilles tendon ( i found that means micro tears in the tendon).I can see the inflamed area and wearing a close shoe its impossible due to the irritation of this area and the burning sensation. Literally,i have no idea why the doctor took off Haglund's and left the spur there .I had told him that Haglund's does not bothers me.Any ideas of what should i do would be much appreciated....
