Achilles Post Surgey Pain

I had surgery on my Achilles’ tendon about one and a half weeks ago. My surgery involved a tear as well as a cut on my tendon. 

I overdid it with movement on two days ago while still being careful to keep weight off of my ankle. I am in more pain now in comparison to three days ago. There is also a little old dried blood at the bottom of my stitches that wasn’t there before. 

I just don’t know if this is normal because right now I am just thinking about the worse case scenario. 

My pain level is about a 0-4, and it goes in small waves. Is it possible that I popped a stitch or would I be in more pain? Has anyone experienced anything I am talking about post surgery?
