Hi everyone. So I've had a lot of feet problems recently. I have a sprain on my inner foot, OS trigonum syndrome, and plantar fasciitis. Had PF for almost 3 years now, the OS is new. Anyways, my Achilles suddenly begins to spasm and shake at random times. Should I be worried? Yesterday I got up from a meeting and almost collapsed from pain in my Achilles too. I have PT tomorrow and Wednesday. Thanks.
