Achilles tendon

To get straight to the point, I've been feeling this "condition" on my ( both ) achilles tendon through my life in some cases but today maybe a little bit more during football. To give a detailed description, the feeling I get for example is, when sometimes I walk normally outside and suddenly I feel my achilles tendon to kind of "block" on the range of the walking move of the foot a little bit or some kind of "light displacement" (?) which gets back again immediately after I make a one full circle rotation of my ankle. Today I felt that during a match without any harsh move or injury. The temperature was a little low though plus some humidity. After the match I walked like 3km at least without problem and I can also stand normally etc. I don't have any pain or swelling at all but I just felt it a little sensitive once after a few minutes last night. The range of move occurs completely and normally as well.

Thank you very much for your help in advance.

While I do not have your specific condition, I am battling others since ORIF surgery this past May.

What I can highly recommend is bob & brad, physical therapists on utube. They have been a God -send for me. More specifically, use their search bar to maybe get to the heart of your problem.

    All the best.

    Merry Christmas.
