Aching in right testicle for over a year, no lump. Any ideas?

Since January 2019 i have experienced an ache in my right testicle. I can't say severe pain, but more like a slight ache that comes and goes. It is tender to the touch, whereas the other one isn't. There are lumps at all, and is the same size as the other, so hasn't changed shape at all, which is reassuring. However i still worry about it. I go through phases where it won't hurt for months, then will come back. I've been terrified of having testicular cancer, however, i am aware it's quite rare, and if i had there would most likely be a painless lump.

Also, sometimes i can feel the ache in other places, such as in my pelvis, hip, sometimes even my foot. Usually if i have aching in other places, i get no testicular aching.

I haven't seen the Doctor about it.

has anybody had a pain like this? And if so, what was done about it?

I have the same problem but I have IBS. The testicles have no lumps at all I checked. Dull pain in testicles since 2019 with and varying amounts of pain. It only hurt very badly one day though sometimes it is not even noticeable. I have a lump/vein like thing on the shaft it is semi hard under the skin with the same skin color.

Yes i do sit a lot. I sit in an office for at least five hours a day. I also sit on a lot of hard chairs/surfaces throughout the day. Could that be something to do with it?
