Hi, I suggest you get some arnica. Rub it into the area, until it goes away. This took it away for me after 2 days of use, but even after the first night i used it, it reduced the pain the next day. It was recommended by my doctor. I also used it for breast pain. Hope you feel better soon.

I used to get painful armpit before my periods. Not now I'm in perimenopause, but we are all different. I recon it must be related to hormones because the time when my armpits were the most was when I was preganant. I had lumps in them that were so painful. I was so worried They were tumours. The doctor said they were my lymph glands that were swollen but couldn't explain why it had happened when I was pregnant.

I get this. Visited my go recently who gave me vitamin b. He examined my arm pits and breasts and advised it's hormonal due to menopause.

My pain felt like cramp which I also felt in my shoulders.

I had bad fibrocystic cysts and my breasts and underarms would hurt before my period. Too much estrogen!

Steve hope you feel better, I personally don't have that symptom but my mom used to have it and ended up with Limphomas situation. Even if you feel better with the creams I suggest a visit to your obgyn maybe a mammogram...always is better safe than sorry. Get well soon
