I am 51 year old I have seen a period in four year, I have different ache and pain from time to time like now right now my left arm hurt stiff and cold have any of you lady experiment this before. the ringing in ears goes and come the bloat come and goes, sometime i can eat and some I can't.

Hi Kim, most of my issues are musculoskeletal and I get an ache in my right arm from time to time, its one thing after another is t it. Muscle acnes and pains are quite common x
