Aching left arm and chest but severe GAD

Hi, I have severe GAD and due to this I'm able to feel pain that may not be there or pain may feel more severe but I feel like my arm is losing blood circulation, it feels much weaker than my right arm and its aching. I'm currently having a panic attack thinking this is the starts of a heart attack. I'm a smoker and overweight but I'm only 22.

Don't worry, it's a frequent occurrence on this forum and for anxiety sufferers in general. I've had pains in my arm, left arm mainly and get frequent pins/needles in it with aches in the left shoulder blade from anxiety. I also can't wear a rucksack on both shoulders as I get this knawing pain in my shoulder blade and after 10 mins it's tingling. I don't know if this is down to tensing the same muscles as when I'm anxious. I've also had weak arm/limb feelings, numbness etc. Sharp pain my chest.

See your Dr if the concern weighs on your mind but think of it this way....if you were having heart attack you wouldn't be in a position to think of, articulate and write a post right.
