Aching legs

Hey everyone just looking for some advice really. I am a 27 year old male and have been dealing with aching in my legs for approximately 18 months now. It is mostly my calves and is a constant issue from getting up to going to bed. It doesn't hurt as such and doesn't stop me doing any of my daily tasks. I have been to the doctorsame various times and had bloods and an mri done and have been told everything is fine. Upon my last visit to the doctor it was basically made out that it's all in my head.
I do also sometimes have aching in my forearms especially if I'm on the phone or doing something physically and lately I have been getting quite light headed and shaky.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

You might also try a magnesium supplement, rub or soak as this is well known to relieve aching legs.
All best wishes.

Could be onset of Fibromalgia, (Think that's how you spell it).
Do your legs jump a bit when you are in bed as this could be 'Jumping Legs Symdrone'
Either way I feel for you.
P.S Have you by chance had any problems with your neck or the rest of your spine ?
Let us know and best wishes

I'm a bit at a loss with this one.
Is it possible to see another doctor at your practice ?
Have you been sent to a Consultant yet ?.
