Aching muscles

has anyone else been experiencing achy muscles? My calves and thighs have been really achy like I have run a marathon(but I haven't done anything like that) I also can't lie on either side as that hurts as well.

would be interested to hear from others who have had similar things.

Epsom salt baths or magnesium might help. I get the same problem, but I have been using magnesium for these issues also use it for migraines, seems to help. Good luck!

Hi love yeah I get achy muscles all the time-especially on my right hand side. I like the idea of using Epsom salts though as suggested by one of the ladies here so I think I'll give that a go.

I didn't know there was a magnesium spray so may hunt that down too. Xx
