Achy testicles

I received oral sex along with intense sucking of my testicles. My testicles are now extremely achy.  My partner was pretty rough on them. Any recommendations?

    I'm not sure there's much you can do but wait.  How long ago was it, and how much does it still hurt?  Can you walk normally and still get an erection?

      Well I already have a varicocele on one testicle and a spermatocele on the other, wondering maybe from the trauma could be acting up. This was about 12 hours ago. Yes I can get an erection and walk normally.

      If it was only 12 hours ago, and it isn't so painful, then there's a good chance you'll be fine again in a day or two.  Varicoceles can be painful, so that may be a factor.  In your position, I'd wait a couple of days, and if the pain hasn't gone away, I'd see a doctor.  You should probably tell your partner to be more gentle with your balls in future too.
