Diet is a big contributor to reflux. You can order enzymes to help break down your food. There are many types and brands.

Simple meals such as plain meat with just salt with baked potato with canola oil or butter and salt and well cooked vegetables while you're in this condition. No spices yet. You might start with onion or garlic powder if you can't get your food down when bland. The enzymes are used before you eat.

If you must get rid of acid try some baking soda in water. Small amount at first to get used to the taste. Keep adding more. You should burp.

Between meals just saltines if you can tolerate wheat. Premium has simplest ingredients. Saltines were invented for seasickness.

Eat nothing 3 hours before bed. Take a walk after meals if possible.

If you get better then try apple cider vinegar with meals. Cheaper than enzymes. I still can't tolerate vinegar but you're younger and should heal quickly if you're willing to change your habits for awhile. It's worth it.

Try these suggestions even though it's not fun and let us know what works for you.

First solution to wipin out the gas is to drink green tea, I recommend tazo caffiene free. Then starting with diet if you feel there isn't anything wrong with your organs. Try dairy for a week I cut it out and boom no more gas.. second if that doesn't work you'll have to do gluten free.. that one is tough but just eat chicken and vegetables .. I can talk don't all day but it's 1am and I'm tired but try that tea.. forgot you said reflux was causing it all.. sleep elevated, nothing before bed (4 hours) sip baking soda and water and sleep on your left side again cut out dairy almond milk tastes better
