I was diagnosed with Silent Reflux.

I think colder weather activates it more.

I watch what I eat, I use Jon Aviv's book, The Acid Watcher Diet.

    I watch my ph levels.

I take a 15 or 20 billion probiotic in the morning.

    I use Olive Leaf capsules.

    I take N-acetyl Cysteine NAC

    I take serrapeptase

At night my doctor recommened I take TUMS.

maybe you need to go to the doctor to get your sinuses checked out. Thats what I did today and i was put on antibiotics because my sinuses were swollen. The mucus has to come from somewhere.

one of the best things you can do at night is the European Gaviscon with sodium alginate (not the one they sell in the US). The only way to buy it in the US that I know of is on Amazon; it's not cheap, and it takes a couple of weeks to get it. I have bought some and brought it home with me when I travel to Europe, it's much cheaper there. It forms a raft on top of your stomach contents; when it works perfectly, it keeps everything out of your esophagus most of the night. I have had rare occasions where it didn't work as well, but usually it works well.

    Good luck!
