Good morning can anyone help ive got acid reflux does anyone suffer with problems with head and sore throat and ringing in ears with this can anyone advise what to do thanks jackie

As one gifted with acid reflux in all its glory...i would advice you to check your diet and get meds from your GP...I also think it is important to sleep with your head placed well higher than the rest of your body..... as for ringing in ear, it may not be something that can be cured.... I have had to learn to live with it.... Good luck and be blessed
