Acid reflux /GERD wedge effectiveness? ?

So I have just purchased a cushion wedge from amazon.. yes! I was that desperate that I typed in 'acid reflux' in to amazon amazing 1:40am and found a wedge so I bought it! Have others found them helpful?! I amazintlso found lots of books on diet etc..

    I have a wedge pillow and I love it. Its made a big difference only thing is you do tend to slide down a lot till you get use to it. But other than that so worth it I can't sleep without mine. Hope it works for you as it has for me. Good luck

    I would never be able to sleep on an elevation. I take my PPI intead and have good night...
