Acid Reflux (LPR) and hiatal hernia (don't know what to do)

So I've been dealing with reflux related issues for nearly 10 years now (wow it's been that long?) and I can't find any resolutions to it. I have been on PPI medications such as Nexium, Raniditine, Omeprazole, etc but its all had very little effect (I was on Nexium and Raniditine for months at a time). I believe I have LPR instead of GERD as I do not get symptoms like heartburn and can feel the acid travelling up into my throat and sometimes up into my sinues when laying down (especially at night). Everything I eat or drink I have to burp up, even water. I even thought the issue might have been low stomach acid years ago, but I took betaine HCL to increase stomach acid which also made no difference. I am at a loss because the most annoying symptoms I deal with are constant tiredness and fatigue as well as continual reflux at night despite propping the bed up and using extra pillows. They found a hiatal hernia after a second endoscopy back in 2017. I notice that when I slouch on my chair or sit in an awkward position, I get this strong feeling of tiredness and fatigue which gradually disappears when I sit up and move around. I am also dealing with a lot more constipation issues, is it possible that the fatigue when sitting down and constipation are hernia related too? When I wake up after a full nights sleep I still feel tired (which I believe is due to reflux going into my sinuses at night) and I occasionally get random heart palpitations. Does anyone know what else I can do? Could exercises to potentially strengthen my muscles help?
