Acid reflux, lump in throat

hi, i am am a 32 year old woman and i have been suffering from acid reflux for a while now and tried to not take medication for it (which i now regret as when i google it says left untreated can cause oesophagus cancer)

For about a week now i have been suffering with acid reflux quite bad causing nausea, bloating, chest, back pain, feeling of lump in throat, burping and loss of appetite. GP prescribed me lansoprazole which wasn't seem to be working however nausea and bloating has sightly sub sided now and starting to get my appetite back. However i have still got the feeling of lump in throat with the reflux feeling plus some chest and back pain. i went to a&e yesterday as i felt like things were not improving and worried about chest pains ( having major health anxiety doesn't help) he believes it is acid reflux and prescribed me omeprazole instead. and said give it 4 weeks and if no improvement to be referred for scan. But i am petrified its oesophagus cancer and struggling to be patient.

has anyone else experienced anything like this and have any positive stories? I'm literally driving myself crazy.
