hi guys I've suffered from heartburn for long time I've been on ppi for 25 years but in last few months stopped working, I feel like something stuck in chest bone , sometimes feels like something lodged in throat , im getting this pain no mater what I eat every day ,I'm starting to worry is it more serious, and advice would be great

Endoscopy is the only possible answer to your problem. Everything else would be guessing, and you should not waste time if you do not feel well.
