Acid reflux symptoms?

hey I had an endoscopy on the 2nd and they told me everything looked fine but i got a letter today telling me i have a 1cm hiatus hernia an irregular z line and an island of barretts just above it the reason for my endoscope was upper abdominal discomfort which felt like constant muscle tension and sore pain going into my sides mainly my left my main question is can this diagnosis cause wide spread pain? at times ive felt like ive been in a car crash as its hurt from my neck, shoulders, back and arms ive also had headaches, dizziness, ear flutters, tingling around my stomach area, breathlessness, sore throat and pains in my hips and legs? has anyone else had these symptoms? this came on so suddenly with me I was absolutely fine 3 months ago before it all started its totally derailed my life hard to even think about leaving the house because of the pain at times and I use to gym before this im so depressed because of it all thankyou in advance for any replies so worried it could actually be something else as ive never suffered like this before its new to me

also if anyone could shed abit of light on 'an island of barretts' that would be great as i tried googling it and didnt see what an island of barretts ment x

    oh and iv also been having chest pains and heart palps also does anyone find they

    hurt more upon physical activity sometimes i cant be on my feet for more than two hours before im in pain feeling like ive been crushed hense the car crash pain description its so odd!

    should also probably mention ive been on omeprazole 20mg 2 times a day anyone had any side effects from this?

    You will be ok. I had a 2cm hital hernia and it was awful. The hernia is causing all this believe it or not. It's affecting pressing on your vagus nerve. I also woke up like that one day and was completely normal before. Look into esophageal valvuloplasty. Dr Farid Gharagozloo. He gave me my life back and all my symptoms are gone. He fixed my hernia and relfux
