Acid refux

Hello, my name is Anish I live in Italy, i am 24 years old recently from past few weeks I have noticed that I have a bitter taste in mount, excess of saliva , What ever I eat felling like food is coming back to the mouth, Burps, Metallic taste in mouth, and I split blood in saliva often when I wake up early in the morning, so I worried and ran to ENT specialist after endoscopy doctor said you got acid reflux. but I didn't have heartburn and cough kindly say me what was my problem was

    1. I would have to ask if anything has changed in your diet recently?or maybe you are taking a new medication or even some over-the-counter pill.
    2. I think that many reflux problems can be caused by food allergies. So think back of what was in your diet two weeks ago before the symptoms happened. start with that.

    Hello. I have had reflux for four years. I've been treated now. Have you ever tried Nortriptyline?

    thanks for your reply from last week i am feeling well

    ---No sour taste , No metallic taste,even I won't split blood in early mornings

    here what the things I do

    1. daily twice taking Apple cider vinegar before 1 hr of meals
    2. early morning eating almonds soaked in water for whole night+ drinking that water too
    3. carrot juice without sugars
    4. eating less food
    5. taking Aloevera juice once for two days
    6. don't drink water immediate after meals
    7. and finally after every meal I walk for 20 min

    That's it and now I feel well and i am not taking any medicine's
