Acne and birth control - non-hormonal contraception?

I am 19 and have had hormonal acne since I was around 12. Started taking Cerazette mini pill in November 2020, had no problems for 3 months and then when I went to get a repeat prescription they gave me desogestrel? Same ingredients as cerazette, but it's given me cystic acne breakouts which I've never had before.

I can't use any contraception with oestrogen due to aural migraines and a heart problem.

Is there a way to reduce acne breakouts from the mini pill?

Or a different method of contraception that would be better for me?
