acne in the middle of the penis

I have been masturbating every day for many years. I used to do it with soap before, but I have been using baby oil for the last 1 year. I think 5-6 months ago I had a pimple and a scar on my penis. I do not know what it is. there is burning during urination, there is some pain in the penis and testicles. I took a 10-day break from masturbation in May and felt much better. I could see the wound healing. I haven't masturbated for 2 days now. I'm better but there is some pain in the penis and sometimes burning when urinating. I don't know if it's due to a urine infection or something else. I'm worried please give an idea.imageimageimage
