Hello, I have been wondering what are those two buttons on my arm and on my hand. I am not an expert of acne so please if anyone knows what are those it would be much appreciated !
1st (It has been there for years to be honest)
2nd (Appeared this year)
Knowing what they are would greatly help me to treat them.

They are definitely not acne. You need to see your doctor or a dermatologist. The one that you say you have had for years needs to be removed for biopsy. It looks quite suspicious. The other one may be similar.
Do not try treating these yourself,they need professional attention.
