Acne/scars/PIH/dermatitis??

I recently used epiduo on my face causing redness. However, as i healed i had a rash on my cheek. It was persistant in its shape so my GP said it was dermatitis. 30 days later it went from red to shiny pink to pink and has been that way for 6months. I have comedonal acne on top of this which makes me sure that if i had a chemical burn it would of burnt my acne? Right? Anyway my cheeks are pink from dermatitis & the comedonal acne appears like white bumps within the pink area. Best approach?

    Definitely a reaction to the Benzoyl peroxide in the Epiduo. Its a common reaction. Is your acne bad enough for your doctor to consider a course of antibiotics?

      Yes im sure as my eye swelled up. Epiduo= 2.5% BP & 0.1% adapelene is exact ingredients. I am currently on week 9 on lymeciline/tetrysal but it has made no difference to my comedonal acne. I would like to get back to fighting my acne but cannot stop worrying/thinking that i have burnt my face as i have red circular patches from epiduo/dermatitis.
