Acne Zits and pimples to get rid of this

I have Acne on my face, hands and on a back portion and from this, I am really very getting upset from that.

    Go see a dermatologist. Never heard acne on the hands-- it could be something else.   Have you tried using lotion for your hands-- they could be very dry.
