Acoustic neuroma

hi I am worried tat I have acoustic neuroma.It start 4 month ago.I get ringing in my right ear,feeling slight pain and fullness.My balance is also bad.I have fell very a few times.Although I am 73 years old I don,t think this should happen.I have been to see a e.n. t.clinic but they can't see anything.I am now waiting for a mri scan.In the meantime I have noticed a couple of times I have blew my nose and blood comes out of my right nostril. Do mri scan show anything up if there is anything. thanks in advance for any reply. anet
